Why is the minimum cake order 1 kg? ↓
We bake authentic celebration cakes with multiple layered sponges, rich fillings, and hand-piped frosting. A 1 kg cake provides the necessary mass to keep the crumb ultra-moist and structurally stable during decoration and transit.
Are all cakes and confections 100% vegetarian / eggless? ↓
Yes, unconditionally! MAMASLOVE operates a pure vegetarian kitchen. We do not use eggs. All chocolate, cream, and sponges are 100% pure vegetarian.
Do you offer home delivery or is it studio pickup only? ↓
We strongly recommend studio pickup at our RCI Road, Balapur studio for delicate tiered and floral cakes to guarantee they arrive in pristine condition. Alternatively, clients may arrange an air-conditioned car cab or delivery service (like Uber/Dunzo) at their convenience once our kitchen packs the cake.
How much advance notice is required? ↓
Standard signature cakes require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice as each sponge is whipped fresh against order. Multi-tiered wedding or bespoke theme cakes require 3 to 5 days advance consultation.
How do I confirm and pay for my cake? ↓
Once you configure your order or add items to your Atelier Basket, tap the WhatsApp Checkout button. Our kitchen will review date availability and share UPI payment details (Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI ID). All fresh bakery orders require 100% full advance payment to lock in the oven baking slot. Strictly no credits are allowed.
